At Astro Vedansh Innovations LLP, all products are digital and personalized. Therefore, once delivered, reports cannot be resold, recalled, or reused.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be entertained after delivery of the report.

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

You are eligible for a 100% refund only in the following cases:

If you do not receive your report within the committed time (standard delivery or Prime 3-hour delivery).

If there is a proven technical error on our side that prevents delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for:

Incorrect information provided by the user (wrong DOB, spelling errors, etc.).

Change of mind after purchase.

Dissatisfaction with interpretations (reports are guidance tools, not guaranteed results).

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
